These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and zk3311 ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the zk3311 website located at https://zk3311.cam and all associated gaming services ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — The personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration on the zk3311 Platform.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts (where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit bonuses granted to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Real Money Funds" — Funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, exclusive of any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total aggregate amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country, territory, or region from which the zk3311 Platform may not legally be accessed, as determined by the Company from time to time.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the zk3311 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. zk3311 strictly enforces an adults-only policy consistent with Indonesian consumer protection standards. Users who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended and all funds forfeited.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other party.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as designated by the Company.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from zk3311 or any affiliated gaming platform.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of zk3311 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account only on the zk3311 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National ID number (NIK), residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

zk3311 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing reasons, and to close any Account found to have been opened using false, misleading, or incomplete information. In such cases, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited after a reasonable investigation period.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. zk3311 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• You must notify zk3311 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Account usernames may not impersonate any other person, brand, or public figure, and must not contain offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language.

4 KYC & Verification

In compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, zk3311 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is approved and may be triggered at any point during a Player's account lifecycle at the Company's sole discretion.

The following documents are required for standard KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid international passport showing full name, photograph, date of birth, and document number.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of the Player holding their identity document next to their face, taken on the date of submission.
• Payment Method Verification: Where applicable, a photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

All KYC documents are processed within 24 to 48 hours of submission during standard business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawal requests remain on hold during KYC review. Players will be notified of the outcome via registered email address.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zk3311 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any currency other than IDR through its standard payment channels.

Approved deposit methods include:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to Player Accounts within approximately 2 minutes of confirmed receipt. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit that triggers internal risk thresholds, which may delay crediting.

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 5 minutes of approval, subject to KYC clearance and internal compliance review. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

1. The withdrawal account must be registered in the same legal name as the zk3311 Player Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, subject to VIP tier limits.
3. Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time provided KYC verification is complete and no active bonus wagering requirement is pending.
4. The Company reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation before processing.
5. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where technically possible, be returned via the same payment method to prevent money laundering.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

zk3311 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 25x, 35x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games (including slot gacor, high-payout slot titles, and standard video slots) typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, Players may not place a single bet exceeding Rp 100.000 or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower. Bets in excess of this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: zk3311 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage betting, and the use of low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits concurrent bonus activation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the zk3311 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are accessible within each game interface or market page. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bet outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for casino and slot games, and by official sporting event results for sportsbook markets. zk3311 is not responsible for errors originating from the game provider's platform.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game engine's outcome. zk3311 will credit or debit the Account accordingly once the round result is confirmed by the game provider's server.
• For sportsbook markets including bandar bola (football bookmaking), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and standard single-event wagers — results are settled based on official governing body outcomes. Any event void or postponed beyond 48 hours from the scheduled start time will be settled as void, and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event category apply and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. zk3311 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• zk3311 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration. Players will be notified and stakes returned in the event of a void settlement.

8 Responsible Gaming

zk3311 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for a small number of individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to wager or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmed request.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk3311 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or sports manipulation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors — whether or not reported.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk3311 staff, agents, or other Players.
• Attempting to circumvent IP-based or device-based access restrictions via VPN, proxy, or anonymizing services.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credits to another person.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the zk3311 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of zk3311 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of zk3311.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk3311 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, zk3311 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that may contain inaccuracies or errors.
• Any delay in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.).

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the maximum aggregate liability of zk3311 to any Player shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

Your use of the zk3311 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalized marketing communications (where you have opted in).

13 Amendments

zk3311 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized gaming regulatory principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through zk3311's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed neutral arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall limit zk3311's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
